Hey,
I’m Sarah

Endless nights, dark circles, brain fog—been there

When my oldest daughter was a baby, I spent countless nights trying to soothe her, but nothing seemed to work—she simply hated sleep! I soon realized that not every sleep training method suits every baby. Now, I help families discover the best approach for their unique child, whether that involves sleep training or not.

 Testimonials

"Wow!! Sarah’s help came at the perfect time for us. We were in the middle of the 4 month sleep regression and Sarah gave us the support and guidance we needed to nip bad habits in the bud and establish a solid foundation for good sleep moving forward. She was extremely empathetic and always checked in to see how we were feeling and gave us the freedom to only do what we felt comfortable with. This is the best investment you can make!."

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will it work?
Yes! With my support and your commitment to consistency, we can successfully reach your sleep goals.
  • Can I still continue my night feedings?
My approach to sleep training is flexible and tailored to your baby’s unique needs. We can include feedings in our plan and consult with your pediatrician to determine the appropriate number and timing. If you wish to night wean, and your pediatrician approves, we can do so gradually and at a pace that feels right for you.
  • Will my baby cry?
It’s important to be honest — any change can bring some crying, as this is how babies express their discomfort with new situations. However, we will work together to find a solution that aligns with your comfort level in responding to your baby’s cries and supports your child’s unique needs.”
  • Is this going to be "cry it out"?
There are many methods for sleep training beyond ‘cry it out.’ It’s a misconception to think that crying will harm your child, but also to assume that simply leaving a child to cry will solve sleep issues. There are many factors to consider, and we’ll explore them together to find the most suitable approach for your family.

  • Why should I hire a sleep consultant instead of trying to figure it out on my own?
While there’s a wealth of information available online, it can be overwhelming and contradictory. As sleep consultants, we bring expertise and experience to provide personalized solutions, saving you time and frustration while improving your child’s sleep. I will also look at the big picture, sleep training is just one piece of the puzzle.
